Duties
Greet customers warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following quality standards
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet safety and presentation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, equipment, and dining spaces
Manage cash register operations accurately and efficiently during transactions




Restock supplies and ingredients proactively to ensure smooth service throughout the day
Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that exceeds customer expectations

Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities within the cafe setting

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
