Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) – High-Volume Dealership | Eastern Ontario

We’re not looking for a parts changer.

We’re looking for a licensed technician who can diagnose properly, work efficiently, and produce consistent hours in a rapid-paced shop.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately the first time
Completing work efficiently to maintain strong billed hours
Performing inspections and identifying additional work opportunities
Working with service advisors to ensure clear communication
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable):
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license (Ontario)
Robust diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement)
Consistent productivity and ability to flag solid hours
