This position’s main responsibility is to perform labouring duties for our concrete and base crews including concrete preparation and clean-up. The Labourer is also responsible for actively participating in the Goal Zero Initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Positive participate in company safety program and adhere to all safety requirements.
Positively participate in Goal Zero Initiative, including adhering to the Defined Activities as defined for their position.
Perform tasks as directed by Foreman/Crew Members.
Assisting Concrete Finishers & Formsetters with concrete preparation and clean-up.
General site cleanup.
Assisting with equipment maintenance and/or operation as directed.
Other duties as required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Valid driver’s license (class 5), with own transportation.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in construction and specifically with concrete.




Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Ability to take direction, learn, and develop new skills as required for the role.
Must be able to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions.
Familiar with the materials, tools, and machinery used is considered an asset.
Ability to meet and adhere to all safety requirements and applicable safety policies, including pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical testing.
