Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician or apprentice to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment, along with strong mechanical aptitude. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapid-paced environment dedicated to maintaining and repairing a variety of powersports vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Duties
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on a wide range of powersports equipment
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake inspections
Repair or replace faulty parts using hand tools and power tools
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all repairs meet industry standards
Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced
Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory to ensure timely repairs
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations





Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
Prior experience working on powersports vehicles or similar machinery is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
