We’re looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team for tenant improvement projects and small ground-up base-buildings. You’ll be responsible for site carpentry and installation of doors, accessories, miscellaneous carpentry, millwork touch-up etc. as well as lead a small crew on-site, help with layout and planning, and make sure work is done safely and to a high standard.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support the carpentry crew
Carry our miscellaneous site carpentry and installations
Read drawings and help with layout
Keep the site secure and clean
Make sure the work is done right and on time
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud for basic site updates (training provided)
What we’re looking for:
Robust carpentry experience
Some experience running a crew
Able to read plans and follow instructions
Reliable, respectful, and safety-focused
Self-starter / able to identify tasks proactively
