Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of cleaned items
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
Support the kitchen team in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the food prep area
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently
Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation

Skills




Experience in cleaning and sanitation procedures within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and serving practices
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service industries is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 50 pounds) as needed
