STC Warehousing and Distribution is a company with more than 30-years history of successful business in transportation and warehousing. We are looking for a reliable Executive Support - Rates and Pricing to work on specific projects, providing quotes & relevant information to clients, whilst working alongside the Billing department. Please note this is a contract position to cover for a maternity leave.

Job description
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Support will be responsible for:
Providing quotes to the customers
Negotiate rates and provide quotes to partner carriers and clients
Review and prepare Service Contracts, rate request, tenders and tariff implementation
Compiling data, computing costs, fees and charges
Calculating rate for goods, service and shipment of goods
Preparing invoices for billing purposes
Maintaining and keeping other relevant records.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation and Logistics
Experience in CWT and pallets an asset




Ability to anticipate, determine, capture and analyze customer-specific, trade related business information
Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook,
Comprehension and ease of formula usage, comprehension of dimension (Cubic ft. measurements etc.)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; telephone etiquette is a must
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated and results-oriented
Detail Oriented
Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize workload

Compensation based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
