We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to spearhead our construction and renovation projects, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Duties
Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability
Oversee the installation of concrete forms, rebar reinforcement, roofing, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and other finishing trades
Manage safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations




Perform heavy lifting and operate power tools, hand tools, machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently

Experience
Proven experience in construction or renovation projects with a robust background in carpentry or woodworking
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding installation, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of caulking techniques and tile installation methods for finishing touches
Handyman experience or general construction experience highly valued for versatility

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
