Richmond Hill Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our team. This is a year-round opportunity to lead engaging, protected, and engaging aquatic fitness classes for our members in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
Responsibilities
Lead high-quality Aqua Fitness classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
Create a fun, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere.
Ensure participant safety and follow all aquatic safety standards.
Arrive prepared with well-planned class formats and progressions.
Maintain current certifications and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Aqua Fitness teaching experience.
Current aquatic fitness certification (CALA, WaterART, YMCA, or equivalent).
Current CPR-C and AED certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, energetic, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Compensation $45.00–$55.00 per class, based on qualifications and experience.
