Job Summary

Responsibilities
Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
Support senior mechanics in disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling mechanical components
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and procedures during all repair activities
Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance records accurately




Collaborate with team members to complete repairs promptly and effectively

Experience
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in a similar role preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for daily tasks
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with machinery maintenance or repair is a plus but not mandatory for helpers
Willingness to learn current skills and grow within the team
