Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food service and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to food safety are essential.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation standards
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and kitchen operations
Assist with inventory management by notifying supervisors of stock levels and expiration dates

Requirements
Previous experience in breakfast setting is preferred.
Previous experience in food preparation, or cooking in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food industry
