Become a vital resource as Addiction Recovery Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON. This position focuses on direct client supervision and fostering a protected, structured recovery environment. As part of the In Residence Programs, you will provide essential support to clients in their recovery journey.

This role involves supervising clients, maintaining daily structure, and addressing behavioral concerns effectively. You'll also participate in enriching activities, manage operational tasks, and foster a spiritually supportive atmosphere throughout your shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clients and uphold program structure
Encourage accountability, routines, and respectful behavior
Support daily schedules and recovery-related activities




Conduct facility and room checks for safety
Complete accurate shift logs and reports Requirements:
Education in addiction services or related fields preferred
Experience in recovery, mentoring, or residential care valued
Valid driver's license and First Aid Certification preferred
Protected food handling certificate required
