In this role, Burnside is looking for an Architect to support its Facilities Design Team and engage with a variety of sectors. You will coordinate effectively with other design professionals and play a vital role in managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through to construction.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with codes and regulations while fostering solid client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and design projects using architectural knowledge
Create and refine conceptual plans and renderings
Oversee project teams and document preparation
Interact with clients to understand and exceed their needs
Monitor construction for adherence to approved designs Requirements:
Accredited architecture degree; OAA membership required
3+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with construction procedures and building systems
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
