Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial trucks following all federal, province, and company regulations to transport freight efficiently across designated routes
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
Load and unload equipment using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and freight manifests
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff,



and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries
Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, loader, forklifts to load or unload freight safely and efficiently
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor vehicle issues to minimize downtime during trips

Experience
Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with heavy trucks or tractor-trailers
Knowledge of equipment operation and freight handling procedures
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair skills
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain compliance with transportation regulations
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients
