Lead portfolio-level forecasting for margin and revenue
Interpret field-level data for budgeting accuracy
Drive improvements in forecasting tools and processes

Identify risks and provide early warnings to management Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent experience
10 years in project management; 5+ years in cost forecasting
