Overview

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and qualified Front of House Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure smooth restaurant operations, work hard to maintain a clean environment, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an exciting chance to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer engagement within a vibrant food industry environment.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist daily team leader with seating arrangements to ensure a positive dining experience
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, including MrsDigi, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Introduce menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage guest inquiries, work with daily team leader to resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent guest services to foster repeat business




Ensure timely delivery of service by practicing effective time management and multitasking skills

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management abilities to serve guests efficiently during busy periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
Prior experience in serving, cashiering, or guest services is advantageous but not mandatory
