Position Overview

We are currently hiring Experienced Hydrovac Swampers/Laborers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to contribute to a positive work atmosphere while working toward a shared goal of excellence.

Requirements
CSTS (Construction Safety Training System)
H2S Alive
Ground Disturbance Level 2
Fall Protection
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (clean abstract preferred)
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
Robust work ethic and commitment to safety

Responsibilities
Assist Hydrovac Operators in daily tasks




Perform ground spotting, general labor, and safe operation of tools
Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
Maintain job site cleanliness and assist as needed
Support the operator during hydrovac excavation work

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
