Leasing Agent / Sales Representative

We’re looking for motivated, confident, and dynamic Leasing Agents / Sales Representatives to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for showing properties, qualifying tenants, and helping renters find the right home — all while earning full commission with multiple bonus opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Conduct property viewings and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Qualify and match tenants to the right properties efficiently.
Prepare and submit rental applications on behalf of clients.
Communicate with tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth leasing process.
Promote listings and company offerings across social media platforms.
Maintain professionalism and robust follow-ups with clients to close deals.

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills — both in-person and online.
Motivated,



reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Sales or customer service experience is an asset (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
Must have access to a vehicle to attend viewings and meet with tenants.
Comfortable being on social media to promote properties and connect with leads.
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple listings, and pivot quickly to close deals.
