Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and experience in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems like Micros POS is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and handling procedures. The successful candidate will be a team player dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner to enhance their dining experience
Operate POS systems such as Clover for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy in serving
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers




Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Clopver and cashiering procedures
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies
Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for guests
