Join Bishops Building Services as a Site Supervisor in. In this role, you will oversee construction sites, coordinate teams, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of building excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities in office to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
Implement quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
Use construction management software such as ProCore.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Report project status regularly to senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction supervision or site management.
Robust knowledge of construction management
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Construction experience in residential or commercial projects is preferred.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
10+ years experience
