Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving
Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by adhering to station responsibilities and assisting where needed
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
