Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled senior fabricator and assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to contribute to the production process.
Duties
Fabricate and assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures according to specifications
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials as needed
Conduct mechanical inspections to ensure proper fit and function of assembled products
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to complete assembly tasks accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly processes
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Experience
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is required
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques is very key
Warehouse experience involving forklift operation is a plus
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing and warehouse operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
