As a vital member of the Board of Directors at AiRS Program Society, you will champion arts initiatives within public elementary schools through strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic discussions shaping the organization's direction • Ensure fiscal oversight and governance compliance • Offer skilled insights to inform organizational decisions • Represent AiRS’s mission within the broader community • Contribute actively to board meetings and committees
Requirements: • Expertise serving on non-profit or charitable boards • Skills in strategic planning or financial oversight • Enthusiasm for arts and public education • A commitment to increasing diversity and representation • Availability for 6-8 meetings yearly
