In this strategic position, you will serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning and managing workstream interdependencies. Utilize your extensive SAFe execution experience and strong stakeholder management skills to support product leadership and foster continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-to-end PI planning sessions and prioritize objectives
• Monitor progress and resolve interdependencies across squads
• Identify and mitigate risks and delivery blockers proactively




• Partner with stakeholders to align on features and capabilities
• Analyze key metrics to optimize performance and delivery pipelines
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a Scaled Agile environment
• 10+ years of project or program management experience
• Regulatory oversight experience on technology projects
• Mastery of Secure practices and Jira for tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
