Act as a leader within the store and contribute to training and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach and effective clienteling.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support follow-up and conversion.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach and team training activities.
- Support hiring efforts by engaging in sourcing and networking for top talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
- Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM platforms; experience preferred.
- Willingness to work a versatile schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
