As the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, embodying Mission Hill’s commitment to premium hospitality. You'll coach and develop team members, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure smooth operational operations at the Boutique and Tasting Room. Work collaboratively with various departments to deliver unique experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-floor operations and team communication
• Manage employee schedules aligned with guest demand




• Oversee reservation details and special requests
• Coach and develop staff through training and feedback

Requirements:
• 5+ years in hospitality or guest experience roles
• Experience with team leadership and coaching
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems
• Serving It Right certification or ability to obtain
