Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.




Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant workplace is preferred but not required.
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food handling practices and basic math skills for cash handling.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Must have a Valid Proserve.
