Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a agile and highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented recruitment professional who thrives on identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in talent acquisition, direct sourcing, and relationship-building, with a proven ability to attract high-performing professionals across both sales and technology functions. You will play a critical role in shaping our team and driving the continued growth and success of the organization.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressive recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
A natural aptitude for sales and relationship-building, with a strong understanding of the characteristics that define top-performing sales professionals.
Experience recruiting for both sales and software development roles, including a solid understanding of modern software development principles, technologies, and frameworks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting,



with a track record of identifying and hiring senior-level and hard-to-find talent.
A well-established qualified network and solid presence within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) talent market.
Consistent success in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and attracting top-tier candidates in competitive markets.

Work Environment

We currently operate as a fully remote organization. As we continue to grow, we will be transitioning to a hybrid work setting that includes both remote and in-office collaboration.
