Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Handle cash transactions securely and accurately; manage cash handling procedures effectively.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills
Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on bartending or restaurant roles.
Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
