What You'll Do
Operate pressure washers, blowers, rollers, and sealer sprayers
Prepare, wash, crack-fill, and seal residential driveways
Follow a explicit, step-by-step system to deliver high-quality finishes
Collaborate with a small team to complete jobs on time
Represent the company with professionalism on-site

We’re Looking For People Who:
Have hands-on experience in outdoor labour (required)
Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
Are punctual, organized, and quick to adapt to on-site changes
Understand the value of high standards and team accountability
Are comfortable lifting, bending, and moving equipment throughout the day

Pay & Perks
$20–$23 per hour based on experience and skill




Seasonal, full-time hours from May through October

Preferred Experience:
Driveway sealing or pressure washing
Landscaping or exterior painting
Epoxy or other hands-on construction trades
Valid driver’s license (solid asset)
