Manage cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, providing excellent guest services at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of food handling practices and basic food safety regulations.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
