Position: Precast Concrete Production Labourer Responsibilities
Assist in the production of precast concrete products.
Prepare, clean, and set up concrete forms and molds.
Place reinforcing steel and other components as required.
Pour, finish, and strip concrete products.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience is an asset but not required.




Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
