CanAm Pet Treats is a Vernon-based pet food company and the proud producer of the Darford brand of premium baked dog treats! We are a Protected Quality Food and Organic certified production facility, taking care of our own baking, packaging, and shipping. Our medium-sized company is looking for team members to work in a up-beat, fast-paced, results-driven environment that provides flexibility and prospect while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This position is full-time [not ideal for students returning to school in the fall (sorry!)]:
40 hours/week Monday to Friday
Day Shift: 6am – 2:30pm
Occasional Saturday Overtime shift available

Things we require of you:
Excellent attendance required
Ability to work as part of a team is essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Continuous and daily cleaning of the workplace and equipment
Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
No allergies to food ingredients used in bakery




Follow food safety and good manufacturing procedures
We are open to applicants with beginner level of English, but some English is required for safety as we work with machinery.

Wage starting at $19.50/hr
3 breaks a day: 2x 15 mins on top of a half an hour lunch
