ExcellCare is a boutique home healthcare agency dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that allows our clients to remain comfortable and independent in their homes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to support a pediatric client living with Cerebral Palsy.

Position Details
Position: Casual
Hours: Nights and weekends
Location: Ajax (Salem Road & Highway 401)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home.
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Perform safe transfers and positioning as required.
Support mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
Monitor the client's comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Assist with feeding and other activities of daily living.
Build a positive and trusting relationship with the client and family.




Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any changes in condition.

Qualifications
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from an accredited institution.
Previous experience supporting children with Cerebral Palsy is an asset.
Experience with pediatric home care is considered a robust asset.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Robust communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
