Job Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled automotive service team. Your energetic and customer-focused approach will ensure a seamless experience for clients seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, and communicate clearly about repairs, costs, and timelines. Your mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills will help build trust and loyalty. Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections or review repair orders to determine required services
Explain repair recommendations clearly, including scope of work, costs, and estimated completion times
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services that advantage the customer’s vehicle health.




Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage billing procedures
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders to ensure smooth follow-up and communication

Skills
Proven experience or automotive service background with mechanical knowledge
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients
Sales experience with a focus on automotive services or products
Mechanical experience or familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
