We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring safety and accuracy
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a respectful and caring environment
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living setting
Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques to ensure safety




Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers or family members
Follow care plans and document services provided accurately and timely
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is preferred
Solid understanding of senior care needs and working with individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration procedures
Compassionate caregiving skills with excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform caregiving tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance effectively
Patience, empathy, and a respectful approach towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to work independently while following established care protocols
Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and care settings

Pay: $17.91-$29.43 per hour
