Job Summary
Vape Loft is seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented sales associates to join our team. As a key member of our retail setting, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with product selection, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for vaping products, and the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our community.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding vaping products and accessories
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure an inviting shopping experience
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Educate customers on product features, usage, and safety guidelines
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Promote ongoing sales and special promotions to enhance customer engagement




Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse customers in a friendly and professional manner
Knowledge of vaping products or related industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced retail setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
