Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team immediately. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. The position offers an excellent prospect for individuals interested in hospitality, custodial work, or industrial cleaning to contribute to a high-quality guest experience. Prior hotel or custodial experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and effectively




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed

Experience
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous
Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Prior hospitality or custodial experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires

Pay: From $24.76 per hour
