Join our energetic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly voice that helps our customers succeed! In this energetic role. This position is the conduit of information from the customer to the production floor to shipping. The information needs to be communicated accurately and timely. The successful candidate will bring proficiency, enthusiasm and expertise to the Customer Service Team. .

Responsibilities
Maintain customer files including quotes, orders, invoices and samples.
Forward requests for quotes to estimating and return quotes to Sales Representative and customer.
Create bills of material, sales orders, docket packages
Monitor the progress of orders
Attend pre-flight meetings and production meetings
Other related duties





Requirements
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Detail orientated
· General packaging or versatile packaging manufacturing experience a preferred asset
· Graphic/Print experience a definite asset.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
