Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in an industrial setting. This role requires a robust understanding of mechanical schematics, blueprints, and the ability to work with various power and hand tools. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of mechanical equipment.
Working on but not limited to motors, control panels, PLC controls, gear boxed, drives, etc.
Perform routine inspections on machinery equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on machinery equipment.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Maintenance Technician in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
Proficiency in reading blueprints,



schematics, and technical drawings.
Programming and automation.
Familiarity with various power tools, hand tools, and safety practices related to electrical work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compliance and Safety
Ensure timely compliance with regulatory inspections, permitting, and testing requirements related to mechanical systems.
Maintain all necessary records and reports related to mechanical inspections, repairs, and system upgrades.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and perform various tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, and damp conditions.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, especially in the case of emergencies.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
