Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. You will interact with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and secure environment. This position is commission based.

Duties
Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats of all breeds.
Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ grooming needs and any concerns observed during the grooming process.
Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic workplace.
Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort during grooming sessions.




Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Assist in heavy lifting of larger pets as needed during the grooming process.

Requirements
Previous experience in pet grooming is required; willingness to grow is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger animals safely.
Knowledge of various dog and cat breeds, along with their specific grooming needs is a plus.
A compassionate attitude towards animals and a commitment to their welfare.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay will be commission based and discussed with you if you qualify.
