Dental Receptionist required for Saturdays in West Kelowna, BC! Earn up to $35/hr!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Dental Receptionist to join our expanding dental clinic. The perfect candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding customer service while effectively handling administrative tasks. This position demands solid communication abilities and knowledge of dental office procedures, including experience with electronic health record systems and front desk processes.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information about services and assisting with patient needs.
Maintain accurate patient records in electronic dental records systems.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.




Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for patients.

Requirements
Previous experience in a dental office is required.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential.
Proficiency in using electronic dental records software; experience with Akitu One is an asset.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
