Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. CVIP license is a plus. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality workmanship on all vehicles serviced in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles. Light and medium duty with some trailer work.
Preform CVIP inspections
Knowledge of alignments is a plus
Utilize of own tools to complete repairs and installations. Special tools provided
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems.
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide efficient work order documentation and communication with service and parts department.
Assist with heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts and equipment as required.

Skills
Proven experience as a Journeyman Red Seal Automotive Technician
CVIP license/ experience is a plus
Strong mechanical knowledge,



including familiarity with automotive systems and components.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
Experience in welding is a plus, enhancing repair capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in automotive repair tasks.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a fast paced workplace

Valid Automotive or Heavy Equipment Technician certification
Valid Drivers License
Tool Box and tools

Pay: $36.00-$44.00 per hour
