Responsibilities
Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards
Support the cooking process by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage spaces
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Contribute to meal preparation by measuring, portioning, and plating food items with precision
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage and sanitation




Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy periods, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices
Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety standards
Experience in serving or customer interaction is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
