Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Support the cooking team by organizing ingredients and supplies needed for meal service
Ensure proper storage of perishable items and monitor inventory levels
Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to keep the kitchen organized and hygienic
Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures during daily operations




Assist with setting up dining areas or catering events as needed

Skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout shifts
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus; training will be provided
