Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through various aesthetic services.

Responsibilities:
As a Medical Aesthetician, part of customer care, your responsibilities will include front desk work including answering calls, booking appointments, confirming appointments, and greeting your clients
Perform regular or medical facial treatments (HydraFacial, IPL). You may also offer laser, radio frequency, and other laser treatments
Preparatory work and properly cleaning and restocking rooms/dispensaries as required; controlling and monitoring inventory;
Manage the promotion and online marketing of treatments, services, sessions, and programs available to clients through Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service setting.
Solid knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and treatments.




Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in sales is preferred, with a focus on promoting beauty products and services.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team workplace.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
