Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service to our guests. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks effectively




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry best practices
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs

Pay: $17.60-$25.06 per hour
