Job Description FLINT is seeking a Superintendent with industrial experience managing civil construction projects for a temporary position in Calgary, Alberta.

In this position, you will enjoy a 10-days in and 4-days out schedule, 10-hour workdays, LOA of $150/day, travel pay, and advantages after 300+ hours worked.

What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.

Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.

Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.

Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years experience in a supervisory role, preferablyin civil/construction projects.

Valid Journeyperson certificate.

Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: Standard First Aid Ground Disturbance Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

Proficient in English,



both written and verbal communication required.

Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
