Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The Server plays a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience through excellent customer service and productive operations.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems such as
Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering is highly desirable
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
Basic understanding of food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
