Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Asphalt Crew Members to join our construction team. This role involves working on asphalt paving projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and roadway developments. Ideal candidates will have a solid work ethic, a background in construction, and experience operating heavy equipment. This position offers opportunities for hands-on learning and growth opportunities within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in asphalt paving operations, including spreading, leveling, and finishing asphalt surfaces
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and paving machines safely and efficiently
Prepare work sites by setting up forms, barriers, and other necessary materials
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards




Support in site cleanup and material handling throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or paving is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with heavy equipment operation are highly desirable
Ability to operate loaders, excavators, and other machinery safely and effectively
Commercial driving experience or valid driver’s license is beneficial for transporting equipment or materials
Solid work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
